  • Long pasta – These delightful types of pasta are designed to be served with a fork and a spoon so your clients can twirl it perfectly and avoid getting any sauce on their clothes. We produce everything from linguini and fettucine to tagliolini and pappardelle. This will allow you to prepare numerous Italian dishes.
  • Short pasta – Skip the slurping and give your clients pasta they can shovel in by the mouthful! Some of our short pasta shapes include shells, fusilli, rigatoni, mostaccioli, lumachel, and campanelle.
