Esperanza Guzman

Esperanza Guzman has been working for Culinary Specialties for 13 years. After only few years Esperanza showed all her strengths and ability to manage, so was offered a supervisor position. When Esperanza is not at work she enjoys cooking, taking walks and playing soccer with her kids. We are happy to have Esperanza’s bubbly and energetic attitude here at Culinary Specialties.

When Maricela is not working she enjoys cooking for friends and family, taking walks, and playing soccer with her children. Cita Lopes

Cita was born in Santa Maria Sacatepez, Oaxaca. She lived and enjoyed her life there for 21 years until she came to California. Shortly after she obtained a job here at Culinary Specialties, and has been working here now for 22 years. She is responsible for, and enjoys cutting, cleaning, and fabricating all of our meat, poultry and fish for anything from sate strips, brochettes, roulades and more. Not only does Cita take care of fabricating all meats, but is also a great asset in all other departments. She if fully knowledgeable about our production in all areas here at Culinary Specialties. When Cita is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren the most. Cita also enjoys dancing and spending time with friends and family around a plethora of food. We are very lucky to have such a passionate, dedicated and positive person such as herself, working here at Culinary Specialties.
