Sicily is known the world over for delicious street food. One of the most unique to the island is a breaded and fried rice ball. Known as arancini, these delicacies got their start as a way to use leftover risotto (although today, the rice is usually cooked fresh for the arancini).

- Parmesan Arancini – This is our most Italian of the three options. We like to put our own spin on global cuisine, but we had to have at least one option that uses mozzarella and parmesan to provide a cheese rice experience. It’s rolled in panko before frying, so you get that classic crunch.
- Andouille Risotto Balls – We pair spicy andouille sausage with parmesan cheese to give this risotto ball a real kick. You get a crunchy exterior and a creamy, cheery interior that your members are sure to love.
- Wild Mushroom Arancini – You can’t go wrong with mushrooms, onions, garlic, and chives. The panko exterior provides a great crunch before you reach the creamy, well-seasoned rice and veggies in the center.
