  • Roasted Root Vegetable – We roast red beets, parsnips, fennel, onions, carrots, and potatoes as the root veggie base. Then we add Boursin cheese and wrap it all in puff pastry. It’s perfect for your vegetarian clients (but is not vegan due to cheese and egg ingredients).
  • Beef and Mushroom Duxelle Wellington – This is the closest we get to a classic beef wellington. We use beef tenderloin and pair it with an incredible mushroom stuffing to create an amazing savory entrée.
