  • Samosas – Americans usually associate the samosa with India, although it is popular throughout the Middle East as well. We make both chicken and vegetable curry samosas, so you can let your guests decide whether or not they want meat in this fried treat.
  • Lumpia – Lumpia are the origin of the modern egg roll and come from the Philippines. While we offer shrimp egg rolls and chicken & veggie spring rolls, most of our lumpia are made in the Filipino style. However, the flavor profiles can range from Thai shrimp to our Southwestern lumpia (made with either chicken or chorizo).
  • Rangoon – While Rangoon is definitely an American creation, most Americans today associate it with Chinese takeout. We make the traditional crab Rangoon, as well as a buffalo chicken Rangoon and a cream cheese version that is meatless.
