ICYMI: A Sampling of Our New Offerings in 2022

At Culinary Specialties, we are always looking for the next great menu item to help caterers, hotels, country clubs, and other hospitality businesses to update their menus and offer delicious, locally sourced, and hand-prepared foods. If you haven’t checked out all of our new offerings for 2022, here are a few of the things you may have missed:

  • Baja Shrimp Lumpia – Our lumpia are hand wrapped in our authentic wrappers. This version includes diced shrimp, cream cheese, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and seasonings.
  • Duck Meatballs – These are Asian-style meatballs. The seasoning features sesame oil, cilantro, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin, and panko breadcrumbs. They are a great twist on a classic meatball.
  • Parmesan and Ricotta Manicotti Shells – We take large manicotti shells and stuff them full of spinach, ricotta, parmesan, and seasonings. Then we hand bread it in Italian breadcrumbs. It’s all the flavors of Italy jam-packed into a fried American treat.
  • Vegan Butter Nut Squash and Cheese Quesadillas – We haven’t forgotten the vegan community and continue to increase our product line. These quesadillas contain butternut squash, vegan mozzarella, cilantro, red onions, lime juice, chili powder, and seasonings. It’s wrapped in a flour tortilla. This is how vegans can enjoy the flavors of the southwest!
