Our Team


With his extensive experience as a gourmet chef for exclusive Las Vegas restaurants and as well as club manager for prestigious county and yacht clubs, PATRICK O'FARRELL joined Culinary Specialties early in the beginnings and since then became a partner and vice president of the company. He runs a tight ship and has wide-ranging knowledge of all aspects in our company. He is the person to contact if you should have any questions, requests or looking for information about the company.
CHRIS SCHRAGNER started Culinary Specialties as sole proprietor but due to rapid increase in business was gladly able to convince Patrick to join the company. Mostly out on the road to create more contacts, he is always looking forward to hearing from our customers about suggestions and comments.
Our chef, MIKE LINDENBERG, has an extensive experience working in selected gourmet restaurants. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have a chef with his talent and creativity to work for us. Should you ever have any questions concerning our products, feel free to contact him anytime.

This is the first sales position for ROARK SHIRLEY. He held the executive chef position at the Renaissance Esmeralda in Palm Springs for 7 years before he joined us. With his extensive culinary knowledge and skills as well as his personality we are looking forward to be successfully represented in the desert.
