	With his extensive experience as a gourmet chef for exclusive Las Vegas restaurants and as well as club manager for prestigious county and yacht clubs, PATRICK O'FARRELL joined Culinary Specialties early in the beginnings and since then became a partner and vice president of the company. He runs a tight ship and has wide-ranging knowledge of all aspects in our company. He is the person to contact if you should have any questions, requests or looking for information about the company.
	CHRIS SCHRAGNER started Culinary Specialties as sole proprietor but due to rapid increase in business was gladly able to convince Patrick to join the company. Mostly out on the road to create more contacts, he is always looking forward to hearing from our customers about suggestions and comments.
	Our chef's, MIKE LINDENBERG and FRANCOIS RESCH, has extensive experience working in selected gourmet restaurants. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have chefs with talent and creativity to work for us. Should you ever have any questions concerning our products, feel free to contact them anytime.
	VISHKA ROSENBLUM , our National Sales Manager VISHKA, the Managing Sale Representative and National Sales Manager brings an extensive marketing and retail service background to Culinary Specialties. She enjoys assisting our customers to make the most of their relationship with us. Vishka has a long history in the Food Service Business as an Entrepreneur providing catering services to various clients. She brings professionalism and quality of service to you.
	ROARK SHIRLEY, our Riverside County representative. ROARK has extensive culinary knowledge with over 20 years experience including being a executive chef for over 13 years.
	ASHLEY NUSSBAUM, our San Diego sales representative. Ashley was born and raised in San Diego and has a strong background in sales and management. She moved to San Francisco to pursue her degree in Industrial Desgin and moved back to San Diego to start her career. With many years working in the restaurant and culinary industry, Ashley feels that she has found her niche at Culinary Specialties.
	JASON GREEN, our Orange County sales representative.
	AZALEA SOLO, our Beverly Hills / Century City / Hollywood & San Fernando Valley / Valencia sales representative. Born with the gift of knowing what works well in the marketplace, Azalea is instrumental in suggesting creative directions in the art of food merchandising. Her enthusiasm, professional history, and ability to understand our clienteles point of view make for a powerful combination. Azalea has a pleasant way with people, and a razor sharp ability to take intangible concepts and turn them into reality in the food industry marketplace.
	MEREDITH ELLMAN , our Los Angeles sales representative. Meredith is a native Bostonian who after 11 years in L.A. call the South Bay area her home. With a background in acting and mass market sales, Meredith brings a big personality to Culinary Specialties. She is passionate about all aspects of the food industry, being a self-proclaimed foodie and restaurant aficionado.
